El Jinete offers dishes such as vivid starters designed around local produce, treating tastebuds to an abundance of flavours like the goat´s cheese salad or baked camembert bites. Grilled meats naturally take centre stage at this steakhouse. Sealed and seared at extremely high temperatures ensuring the authenticity of the grilling process, this meat is accompanied with garnish inspired in the foundations of French gastronomy. Creative seasonal garnishes highlight eye-catching dishes such as the Ribeye steak with red pepper velvet.
